Paragraph7 Publishes with Chambers and Partners Dispute Resolution 2026 – Liechtenstein Chapter

We are delighted and proud to have contributed as authors to the renowned Chambers and Partners publication “Dispute Resolution 2026 – Liechtenstein.”

As part of this publication, we had the opportunity to contribute our expertise in Liechtenstein litigation and arbitration law, as well as our experience in cross-border disputes, complex commercial proceedings and international wealth structures.

The publication provides a comprehensive overview of dispute resolution in Liechtenstein. It covers both traditional court proceedings and arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, it addresses key aspects of civil procedure, the enforcement of domestic and international decisions, and current developments relating to artificial intelligence and its impact on dispute resolution.

Our contribution “Trends and Developments – Liechtenstein” further analyses current developments of particular relevance to Liechtenstein as a financial and wealth management centre. The focus includes disputes involving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, conflicts relating to foundations, trusts and asset-holding structures, private placement bonds, and the Liechtenstein establishment (Anstalt) as a distinctive legal form.
