paragraph7 has extensive practical experience in the field of state regulation, administrative procedures, and EEA law, particularly in matters involving commercial law and cross-border issues. We represent and advise companies and private individuals in proceedings before state authorities and public institutions, as well as before European courts.
The focus is particularly on economically relevant areas of public law such as financial market law, trade and business licensing law, land transfer law, and building and planning law, as well as the relationship between national law and EEA law.
We assist clients in proceedings with state authorities at all stages of administrative proceedings, as well as in appeal and complaint proceedings before the competent authorities and courts in Liechtenstein, as well as before the EFTA Court and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
We also have experience in cross-border and EU/EEA-law-related proceedings within the framework of EEA law.
